“We stopped arguing about whether the gap was 0.4 or 0.6 millimetres. The twin predicted it, the shim came off the machine right, and the join closed in one pass.”
−64% shim hours per join
“The rate ramp was going to cost us four more positions. Instead the line rebalanced itself every shift and we found the capacity inside the stations we already had.”
+38% delivered rate
“Every hole is now inspected, not one in four. My airworthiness record writes itself, and I can hand an auditor a complete trace in ninety seconds.”
100% inspection coverage
Predictive shimming cut fit-up from 3.4 iterations to a single machined pass across 14 stations.
Line-and-takt balancing across 22 stations absorbed a 38% rate increase without adding positions.
Hole-and-fastener inspection caught 412 conditions before the structure left the station.
Later deployments are faster, because model families, connectors and tolerance studies carry across programs.

Aggregate across design-partner lines. Baselines are the same stations before Rivetira, measured over an equivalent period.
Owns rate, quality, rework and airworthiness.
“Can I hold takt through the ramp without adding positions?”
Sees: Rate, takt adherence, travelled work, overtime, cost per airframe.
Owns drilling programs, shimming, fit-up and assembly quality.
“Will this join close in one pass, and what shim do I machine?”
Sees: Predicted gap field, shim geometry, drilling programs, fit-up iterations.
Owns AS9100, hole and fastener conformance and traceability.
“Can I prove every fastener on this airframe was installed to spec?”
Sees: Conformance, NCR flow, FOD events, immutable trace, audit export.
Rivetira is not a rip-and-replace. It connects to the drilling machines, crawlers, trackers, shim cells, sealant robots and MES already on your floor over APIs and OT protocols.
OPC UA, MTConnect, MQTT, ROS 2, REST and file-drop connectors. Read-only shadow mode first; write-back enabled only after twin validation.
Anything else goes to the people who build it. Ask an assembly engineer or read the full FAQ.
Yes, after a line assessment. References are matched by segment and structure type, so a defense prime speaks to a defense prime. Some programs cannot be named publicly; those references are arranged under NDA.
No result is guaranteed, and any vendor who guarantees one is not measuring honestly. What we do offer is outcome-based commercial terms: if the agreed metric does not move against the agreed baseline, we do not earn that portion of the fee.
Because the deployment base is still small and young — eight programs over eight quarters. It is an honest number, not a durable one. Ask us again at fifty programs.
A line assessment maps one station, quantifies the rework, shim and rate opportunity, and returns a modelled ROI in three weeks. No production disruption.
